MONROE, N.C. (QUEEN CITY NEWS) — The Water Resouces Department in Monroe are actively working on an emergency water main repair.
Officials say the repair is on the 1600 block of E. Roosevelt Blvd at Highway 601 S. At least two westbound lanes of E. Roosevelt Blvd will be closed in that area as repairs get underway.
The estimated restoration time is currently between 7-10 hours.
Please follow all signage and slow down when passing working crews.
