Diane White Obituary, Death – Diane Marie (Heistand) White was born on January 16, 1962 in Denison, Iowa to her parents, Lawrence and Rose (Probasco) Heistand. After spending her childhood in Woodbine, she did not complete her secondary education until the year 1980. After spending some time at Blair’s Dana College, Diane decided to continue her study and earn a degree in education. In August of 1984, Fred White and Diane White tied the knot in the state of Montana.
They stayed in the married dorm while they were attending Blair University until they graduated. After that, Diane became a remedial reading instructor for junior high students in the Tri-Center School District, where she eventually taught fourth grade. Her assignment was to teach reading to pupils who needed additional help. Following the completion of her Master of Education in Education Administration degree, she was provided with the position of principal at Tri Center Elementary.
Following 33 years of service, Diane resigned from her position at the Tri-Center School District in 2017. Diane lived her life to the fullest every day, whether it was by going to Goodwill to find treasures, creating scrumptious meals, tenderly tending to her garden, playing cribbage with loved ones, taking great pleasure in her boys’ school activities, or coaching wrestling from the stands. She did all of these things. Her passion for music and her job as a grandmother brought a great deal of happiness to everyone she came in contact with.
Diane passed away on Saturday, March 30, 2024, during the presence of her family. She had reached the age of 62 years, two months, and fourteen days at the time of her passing.
