Devon Fleenor Obituary, Yorktown VA, Tabb High School Athletic Trainer has died: Devon Patterson Fleenor, aged 33, of Yorktown, VA, passed away on Monday, May 27, 2024, at the University of Virginia Medical Center. Born in Bristol to Dr. Michael Ralph Fleenor and Fran Dolores Patterson, Devon is survived by her brother, Skyler Fleenor; her best friend, Michelle Priest, and her family; her beloved animals, Minion and Dutton; several aunts, uncles, and many cousins.
Devon was a graduate of Radford University and served as the athletic trainer at Tabb High School in Yorktown, VA. She was deeply passionate about riding horses and cherished spending time with her friends, as well as her cherished dog and cat. Devon was dedicated to supporting student athletes and served as a mentor to many. She held a special love for NASCAR, The Atlanta Braves, and The San Antonio Spurs.
A celebration of Devon’s life will be held at 6:00 P.M. on Monday, June 3, 2024, at Highlands Fellowship Bristol, with Pastor Gary Childers and Pastor Marty Greene officiating. Prior to the service, the family will receive friends from 4:00 – 6:00 P.M. at Highlands Fellowship.
