Devin Ratliff Obituary – Police have identified the individual involved in a fatal motorcycle collision that occurred on Southeast 82nd Avenue in Portland on June 14th. Reports indicate that Devin Ratliff, aged 40, was traveling at high speed on his motorcycle heading south on 82nd Avenue when he collided with the driver’s side of a Honda CRV attempting to make a turn onto Southeast Mitchell Street.
Law enforcement officers arrived at the location just north of Southeast Foster Road at approximately 12:40 p.m. and discovered Ratliff deceased at the scene. The driver of the car involved in the incident cooperated with authorities during the investigation.
As of now, no arrests have been made in connection with this tragic event.
