Deloris Jines, 85, of Perryton, Texas passed away Sunday, June 9, 2024 in Perryton. Viewing will be Tuesday, June 11, 2024 at Boxwell Brothers Funeral Home from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., and Wednesday, June 12, 2024 from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. at Boxwell Brothers Funeral Home. A graveside service will be held Thursday, June 13, 2024 at 10:00 a.m. at Ochiltree Cemetery in Perryton, Texas. Arrangements are by Boxwell Brothers Funeral Home, Inc. of Perryton, Texas.
Mrs. Jines was born on December 10, 1938 to Leo Wilson and Gertrude Callahan. She married her husband, Jerrell Jines in Perryton, Texas on December 29, 1966. She loved gardening, sewing, crocheting and knitting.
Mrs. Jines is survived by two sons, Jeff Jines and wife Shannon, Perry Jines and wife, Kim, both of Perryton, Texas; one brother, Harry Charles Wilson, of Duncan, Oklahoma; four granddaughters, Kaleb Hooper Barrow, Josselyn Reid, Ari Jines, and Brianna Jines; three grandsons, Barrett Jines, Nathan Jines, and Gaven Jines; one great-grandson, Jensen Barrow; and two great-granddaughters, Hallie Jines and Lovelyn Jines.
Mrs. Jines was preceded in death by her husband and her parents.
The family requests that memorials be to one’s favorite charity.
