Death; Ashley Elizabeth Williams, 20, Williamsburg, Viriginia Obituary, Has Passed Away From Car Accident In Kill Devil Hills: On Friday, June 14, at around one in the morning, the Kill Devil Hills Police Department responded to a tragic car collision on US 158 close to Ocean Acres Drive. The collision involved a 2021 Jeep Wrangler driven by Crystal Laskowski, 43, of Kill Devil Hills, according to their investigation.
Ashley Elizabeth Williams, 20, of Williamsburg, Virginia, ran eastward into the roadway and into Laskowski’s path while she was going south on US 158. Williams was sadly declared dead at the scene.
