The saga began on January 17, 2024, when detectives from the Baltimore County Police Department initiated an investigation into a circulating voice recording on social media purportedly featuring Principal Eiswert. However, following an extensive inquiry, detectives uncovered conclusive evidence indicating the recording was not authentic. Forensic analysis confirmed traces of AI-generated content within the recording, including examination by a specialist contracted with the FBI and a second opinion from a forensic analyst at the University of California, Berkeley.
