Da’Vionna Sloane Death- The sad news of a triple homicide that resulted in the deaths of three people, including an unborn child, has left the Park Hill neighborhood in Louisville, Kentucky, in a state of shock and disbelief. As a result of the tragedy, which took place on Wednesday evening, the community is in a state of grief, and the authorities in charge of law enforcement are struggling to come to terms with the needless loss of life.
A Shotspotter report was received in the 1700 block of St. Louis Avenue, which is located off of Dixie Highway, at approximately eleven o’clock at night. The Louisville Metro Police Department went to the scene. Officers found an adult male and an adult female inside a vehicle, both of whom were suffering from gunshot wounds. Both of the victims were adults. Both victims were taken to the University of Louisville Hospital, where they tragically passed away as a result of their injuries, despite the fact that efforts were made to save them.
Late Thursday morning, it was verified that the female victim, Da’Vionna Sloane, who was 23 years old at the time of the shooting, was pregnant at the time of the incident, which resulted in the loss of her unborn child. This was a terrible turn of events which occurred. An announcement made by Dwight Mitchell, a spokesperson for the Louisville Metro Police police, stated that the police was now considered the incident to be a triple homicide, which further intensified the difficulty of the issue. It was determined that the fatalities were Da’Vionna Sloane, her unborn child, who tragically passed away while still in the womb, and Louis F. House III, who was 23 years old.
