David Tyrone Ball died on Monday, July 15, as multiple posts on social media have revealed. He was shot as a result of gunfire in Denton, Texas, in the unfortunate occurrence. The community is in tremendous sadness for him even though additional information about the incident is still coming to light. Suspect Arrested
A 24-year-old Denton, Texas, male was taken into custody in May following a nighttime shooting. Police sources state Riley Clowers has been charged with murder. Around midnight, the Denton Police Department received many reports reporting shooting at an apartment building located in the 3200 block of W. Windsor Drive.
Eye Witness Story
Witnesses noticed a pickup truck that they thought was part in the event pull into a field not far away. Officers located the truck when they arrived and treated the two guys who seemed to have been shot. The driver was taken to a hospital for treatment after suffering non-life-threatening injuries to his leg; the passenger was declared deceased at the spot. According to the inquiry, Clowers got into the truck with a gun, and when the driver tried to get out, there was a fight that ended with shots to the driver and passenger.
