Darius Gunn Obituary, – The Montgomery Police Department has reported the arrest of an individual in relation to the fatal shooting of Darius Gunn on June 18. Zephaniah Lowery, a 19-year-old resident of Montgomery, has been charged with capital murder for the incident that took place on the Eastern Boulevard just before midnight.
Lowery was apprehended by MPD Special Operations on Thursday and is currently being held at the Montgomery County Detention Facility without bond.
