Curtis Wille,Duane Waldriff Obituary, Death; – The Redwood County Sheriff’s Office has identified the two individuals who lost their lives in a single-vehicle accident on Saturday.
As per a news release issued on Monday, the deceased have been named as 49-year-old Curtis Wille and 75-year-old Duane Waldriff, both residents of Lamberton. Wille was operating the vehicle, while Waldriff was a passenger at the time of the incident. The accident took place at approximately 10:06 p.m. at the intersection of County Road 15 and Jade Avenue, located east of Lamberton, involving a 2012 Chevrolet Silverado.
Preliminary investigations indicate that Wille was ejected from the vehicle and was subsequently pronounced dead after being transported for medical care. Waldriff, on the other hand, was found trapped inside the vehicle and was declared dead at the scene, as reported by the Sheriff’s Office.
The investigation into the crash is ongoing, with assistance from the Minnesota State Patrol, Lamberton Fire and Ambulance, CentraCare Ambulance, and North Memorial Air Care.
