Coriana Leggett Obituary: A man and a woman who were victims of separate shootings on Wednesday have been identified by the Orleans Parish Coroner’s Office. The first incident occurred in the Little Woods area of New Orleans East, where Warren Richard, aged 45, was fatally shot on Kinneil Road.
The police received the initial report of this homicide shortly after 8 a.m. Later in the day, approximately eight hours later and four miles away, 28-year-old Coriana Leggett was tragically killed on Chef Menteur Highway. The coroner and New Orleans police confirmed her death at the scene.
Unfortunately, no further details regarding these homicides have been released by the office of Coroner Dwight McKenna or the New Orleans police.
