Christopher Kosmowski Obituary, Death; Warren Firefighter has passed away: The Warren Fire Department announced on Friday the unexpected death of firefighter Christopher Kosmowski.
A statement from the fire department described Kosmowski as a dedicated firefighter who served the Warren community with passion and commitment, and whose impact on his fellow firefighters and the community will not be forgotten. His colleagues remember him as a hardworking and respected member of the department, always willing to go above and beyond to help others.
In addition to his service as a firefighter, Kosmowski was a loving husband and father, leaving behind his wife and children. The Warren Fire Department stated: “Our thoughts and prayers are with his family during this difficult time. The Warren Fire Department is grateful for the years of service and dedication that firefighter Kosmowski provided to the department and the community. He will be deeply missed by all who knew him.”
City officials released a statement indicating that no further information would be provided at this time. The Warren Professional Firefighters Local 1383 also issued a statement: “The Warren Professional Firefighters, Local 1383 is deeply saddened to report the active-duty death of Firefighter/Paramedic Christopher Kosmowski.
