Christopher Allen,Steven Stratis Obituary, Death;- The Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office (PBSO) has apprehended two individuals in relation to the fatal shooting at the Rock Irish Pub, which resulted in the deaths of two men and injuries to two others.
Incident Overview
The incident took place on December 10, 2024, around 1:00 a.m. in the 600 block of Lake Avenue, located in Lake Worth Beach. Deputies from PBSO responded to reports of gunfire and found four adult males suffering from gunshot wounds. Two of the victims were taken to a nearby hospital—one in critical condition and the other stable—while the other two were pronounced dead at the scene.

The victims who lost their lives have been identified as follows:
– Christopher Allen (White Male) – Born April 1, 1991 – Pronounced dead at the scene
– Steven Stratis (White Male) – Born December 18, 1999 – Pronounced dead at the scene
Arrest Information
Following the investigation, PBSO confirmed the arrest of two suspects:
– Morey S. Pinard III – 23 years old
– Charged with three counts of First-Degree Murder
– One count of Attempted Second-Degree Murder
– One count of Shooting Into a Building
– One count of Felon in Possession of a Firearm
– Michael B. Vititoe – 19 years old
– Charged with three counts of First-Degree Murder
– Simple Battery
– Accessory After the Fact – Homicide
Both suspects have been taken into custody and are currently held at the Palm Beach County Jail, with their initial court appearance scheduled for tomorrow morning.
Grand Jury Indictment
On March 13, 2025, the case was presented to the Grand Jury, which issued a True Bill, formally charging Vititoe with three counts of first-degree murder. Initially not charged with murder, Vititoe now faces serious allegations and has been moved to the Palm Beach County Jail.
