Christian Elsberry Obituary – In Southeast D.C., a man was discovered deceased on Saturday morning inside a vehicle that was partially positioned on a sidewalk. A police officer made the grim discovery shortly before 4:15 a.m. at the junction of Stanton Road and Mississippi Avenue SE. Tragically, the man was pronounced dead at the scene.
