Christan Chae Walker Obituary, Death; – Waco police have identified the man who was shot and killed on Apple Lane on Wednesday as 51-year-old Christan Chae Walker. Authorities report that no arrests have been made thus far, and the investigation is still active.
Walker was discovered when officers arrived at the 100 block of Apple Lane at 6:18 a.m. on Wednesday. He was subsequently taken to a local hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
According to police, the shooting took place outside on the property of a residence. Further details regarding the circumstances of the incident have not yet been disclosed. A family member informed NEWSCHAIN that the property belongs to the victim’s girlfriend, who has been interviewed by law enforcement.
Police indicated that they believe the shooting was an isolated event and that there is no ongoing threat to the general public.
