CHICAGO, IL—Davien Binion, 23, residing in the 200 block of N. Pine Ave., Chicago, Illinois, faces serious charges including one felony count of armed robbery, one felony count of aggravated vehicular hijacking with a firearm, and one citation for Annual Gun Offender Registration. The charges stem from an incident that occurred earlier this month.
Binion was arrested on Monday, in the 200 block of N. Karlov. He is accused of forcibly taking a vehicle and personal belongings at gunpoint from a 35-year-old male on July 2 in the 5300 block of W. Van Buren. The crime was committed in Chicago’s 15th District.
Following his arrest, Binion was charged and is currently scheduled for a detention hearing at 2600 S. California Ave. today.
