CHARLOTTE (QUEEN CITY NEWS NOW) — The Charlotte Latino Film Festival connects Charlotte’s growing Latino population with high-quality programming that celebrates its culture.
Queen City News Now talked with Giovanna Torres, the founder of the Latino Film Festival, about the event and how it has grown over the years.
The festival is held at the Independent Picture House until April 6.
