Charles Michael Wayne Grasty Obituary, Death; – Lexington authorities are looking into a fatal accident that involved a tractor-trailer.
Officers were dispatched to a report on East Highway 64 on Tuesday night around 10:30 PM. Upon their arrival, they discovered the deceased driver of the tractor-trailer. The individual has been identified as 48-year-old Charles Michael Wayne Grasty from Waynesville.
