59-year-old Carlos Enoch Weaver of Lawrenceville, Georgia, was arrested Tuesday (June 11) by Hickory Police Officers. He’s charged with felony larceny. Weaver was confined in the Catawba County Detention Facility under $3,000 bond. A District Court appearance was scheduled today (June 12).
