Calvin Bruce Death, Obituary – Twenty-eight-year-old Calvin Bruce was fatally shot in South Shore. Calvin Bruce, a resident of South Shore who was 28 years old, was fatally shot and murdered on Thursday afternoon. This tragic course of events may be described as devastating. There was a shooting that took place in the 7500 block of South Kingston Avenue at approximately 4:20 this afternoon.
Bruce and another man, who was thirty years old at the time, were standing outside when they were suddenly attacked. Both victims were in the line of fire when they died. Bruce sustained a blow to the hip, and despite his best efforts to acquire assistance, he was able to drive himself to Jackson Park Hospital. The tragic news that he had passed very immediately after his arrival was delivered. Additionally, the man, who is thirty years old and was shot, managed to survive and is currently in stable condition.
As of yet, there has been no identification or arrest of any suspects, and the facts surrounding the shooting continue to be difficult to understand. Authorities from the surrounding area, such as the Chicago Police Department and the Cook County Medical Examiner’s Office, are conducting detailed investigations into the matter.
