According to Sergeant Victor Jackson of the Glendale Police Department, 47-year-old Calese Carron Crowder was detained on suspicion of involvement in the event last Sunday and numerous other incidents. Last weekend, authorities in Glendale, California, arrested a man they say was prowling and peeping at a local residence. Several fresh allegations have surfaced since his arrest, including some shocking details from a former NBA player.
Jackson stated, “Crowder is accused of peeping into the occupied residence of a Glendale family in the most recent incident.” “The whole family was in the house when it happened. Officers from the Glendale Police Department responded swiftly, and the investigation by the Detective Bureau has continued this week. After being arraigned on Monday, the judge ordered Crowder to attend sexual impulse lessons and return to court on September 14. His bail was set at $10,000.
TikTok videos surfaced after Crowder’s arrest that appeared to show him getting uncomfortably close to ladies at a Barnes & Noble in Burbank. Michaela Witter uploaded a video of Crowder kneeling down behind her to “tie his shoe” within inches of her while she browsed bookshelves. He is then seen approaching another woman in the store and engaging in similar behavior. For Witter, “it felt like anywhere I moved, he kept following,” as he explains in the clip.
Another TikToker filmed a virtually identical incident in a different Barnes & Noble, with Crowder crouching behind the woman and giving her a sniff. The former Lakers player and his wife further condemned the suspect on Twitter after the recordings went viral, saying that he had pursued their daughter when she was a teenager more than a decade ago.
I can’t believe this. More than a decade ago, at our house, this man pursued my daughter when she was a teenager,” claimed Candice, Horry’s wife. After serving his time in prison, he returned to his old ways. I appreciate you spreading the news that he has returned. He must be locked up permanently! “Please help stop this predator by reposting and getting the word out,” Horry said.
