Brian Reed Obituary, Death; – A woman has been apprehended following the shooting death of her father during a dispute, according to the Baltimore Police Department.
Shanelle Reed, aged 37, has been charged with first-degree murder in connection with the incident. On January 18, at approximately 6:55 p.m., law enforcement officials responded to reports of a shooting in the 5600 block of Groveland Avenue.
Upon their arrival, officers discovered a 59-year-old man, later identified as Brian Reed, who had sustained a gunshot wound. Brian Reed was subsequently transported to a nearby hospital for medical attention but succumbed to his injuries shortly thereafter, as reported by authorities.
Following an investigation, it was determined that Shanelle Reed had fatally shot her father during the altercation, leading to her arrest at the scene. Shanelle Reed has since been taken to the Central Booking Intake Facility and is facing charges of first-degree murder.
