Brian Michael Scott Cook Obituary – The Allen County Coroner’s office has identified a 21-year-old Fort Wayne man as the victim of a fatal motorcycle crash that occurred on Monday evening. Brian Michael Scott Cook was taken to the hospital in critical condition and was later pronounced dead. The Fort Wayne Police Department (FWPD) reported that Cook’s motorcycle collided with a vehicle near the South Clinton East Brackenridge Streets intersection just before 6 p.m. The coroner’s office determined that Cook died from multiple blunt force injuries and ruled his death as an accident. This incident marks the 15th fatal crash in Allen County this year and is currently under investigation.
