Brenda Grim Obituary, Death – On Thursday, March 28, 2024, Brenda Grim, who had been a much-loved member of the community in Harrison, Ohio and had previously resided in Lawrenceburg, Indiana, passed away. She left behind a legacy of love and memories that everyone will remember forever. Clyde Eldridge and Katherine Traylor Drew welcomed their daughter Brenda into the world on November 14, 1958 in Milan, Indiana. Brenda was their daughter.
It was well known that Brenda had a lively personality and that she had a strong zest for life. At the same time as she was a huge fan of reality television, particularly the Lifetime Movie Network, she was also a huge fan of playing Bingo. Brenda treasured the time she had to spend with her family and friends, and her kind presence will be sorely missed by everyone who had the opportunity to know her.
Her son, Tony Grim, as well as her daughters, Tammy Hayes and Elisha Grim, are the ones who will carry on her legacy. In addition to being a cherished stepmother to Kenny, Brian, Kimberly, Brenda, and Kelly, Brenda had a unique connection with her grandchildren Hunter, Hannah, Alex, Megan, Kendra, Jessica, and Bobby, as well as her great-grandchildren Veronika, Ryker, and Riven. She was also a stepmother to Kelly.
Both Brenda’s mother, Katherine Drew, and her father, Clyde Eldridge, passed away before she did. He was the first to pass away. Her stepdaughter Shelly Grim, her brother Clyde Eldridge, and her husband of forty years, Kenneth “Joner” Grim Jr., all passed away before her. She was also predeceased by her stepdaughter.
Brenda is survived by her direct family members, as well as her stepfather, Charles Drew, and her stepmother, Marie Eldridge. She is also survived by her brothers Bo Ramey, Eric Eldridge, and Adam Eldridge, as well as her sisters Gladys Thompson, Lois Lunsford, Karen Lane, and Marie Frantz.
The loss of Brenda has left a hole in the hearts of everyone who knew her, but her legacy will endure in the form of the love and happiness that she brought into the lives of those who were fortunate enough to be in her orbit. All of those who had the honor of knowing her will remember her with fondness because of her vivacious energy and compassionate disposition.
At the same time that we are grieving the loss of Brenda, let us also use this opportunity to celebrate the wonderful life she had and the indelible mark she left on the people she loved. May her memory bring her family and friends comfort and peace at this trying time, and may they find solace in the precious memories they enjoyed with Brenda. May her memory bring them comfort and peace.
In remembrance of Brenda, let us make it our mission to live our lives with the same level of compassion, generosity, and enthusiasm for life that she showed. We pray that her legacy will continue to motivate us to make the most of each day and to treasure the time we spend with those we care about the most. Brenda will be sorely missed, but certainly not forgotten, and her spirit will continue to live on in the hearts of everyone who had the privilege of knowing and loving her.
