Bob Chipman Obituary: On July 20, 2024, Robert E. Chipman, who was 72 years old, passed away. Arrangements for the funeral are still being made with the assistance of Williamson Funeral Home, which is located in Jacksonville. The demise of Bob Chipman has resulted in the loss of a remarkable treasure. He was an immense advocate for Prairieland United Way and our community.
His exuberance and optimistic perspective on life were contagious, he illuminated every space he entered. Numerous people will feel Bob’s absence keenly, and his kindness and radiant smile will live on in our memories as we continue to advance the causes he fervently supported throughout his lifetime—to help others and improve our global community for the good of all. Our thoughts and well wishes are with Janet and the entire Chipman family.

Bob was the best of us, an example for all to follow. He was gracious to all, kind, and thoughtful. He was brilliant, yet humble. He encouraged those around him.
