A Service of Remembrance will be held at 2:00 PM (EST) on Tuesday, July 23, 2024, in the Chapel of Vance Brooks Funeral Home, Phenix City, AL. Reverend Derrick Millirons will officiate the service. The family has requested that attendees wear an Alabama Football shirt in honor of Billy’s passion. Following the service, Billy will be laid to rest alongside his mother, Lydia, at Lakeview Memory Gardens.
