Russell failed to appear on felony counts of fleeing to elude arrest, larceny, possession of stolen motor vehicle, breaking or entering, larceny after breaking and entering, and conspiracy. The coroner’s office identified him Wednesday as Mark Demski, 56, of Lake Barrington.
