A large police presence was observed in Opa-locka as officers responded to an incident. The scene was at the 2500 block of York Street just before 11 p.m. Wednesday. Investigators blocked off the area with crime scene tape and searched for shell casings, placing severl evidence markers at the scene. It is unclear if anyone was hurt during the incident. PRAGUE (AP) — A passenger train collided head-on with a freight train in the Czech Republic, killing at least four people and injuring 27 others, officials said Thursday. Interior Minister Vít Rakušan said the crash took place late Wednesday night in the city of Pardubice, about 100 kilometers (62 miles) east of Prague. The high-speed passenger train belonged to the private RegioJet company. Rakušan said none of the injured was in life-threatening condition. 43-year-old Aaron Jay Low and 44-year-old Jamie Irene Cragg, both of Pennsylvania, were arrested Tuesday (June 4) by Troutman Police Officers. Low is charged on a felony warrant as a fugitive from another state and Cragg is charged with harboring a fugitive.
