One person was killed and another seriously injured in an overnight hit-and-run crash on Long Island. It happened just before 2 a.m. Saturday, June 8, in Medford. A tractor-trailer was traveling northwest on Horseblock Road and attempting to make a left turn onto Express Drive North when it was struck by a 2008 BMW, Suffolk County Police said. Dutchess County resident Konrad Gumper, age 46, of LaGrange, was arrested early Thursday, June 7, in connection with a burglary at Vale Fox Distillery on Noxon Road in LaGrange. According to Capt.
