Greenville, SC — Investigators with the Greenville County Sheriff’s Office (GCSO) Homicide Unit are actively seeking information regarding the unsolved murder of Janet Denise Abrilz. The 28-year-old woman’s body was discovered on August 27, 2023, in the area of Lakeside Park on Piedmont Highway. The grim discovery was made by a passerby who immediately alerted local authorities.
