According to the PCSD, 66-year-old George Belisle was last observed in the vicinity of North La Canada and West River Road in Tucson. At the time of his disappearance, he was dressed in a navy blue Chicago Bulls sweater, charcoal gray sweatpants, one black shoe, and one gray shoe.
