What started as an investigation into a reported stolen vehicle at the Fair Oaks Shopping Center ended when a suspect took over a police cruiser and quickly crashed in Fairfax County. Officers were called to the shopping center on Friday, June 21 to probe reports of a stolen vehicle; however, one of the suspects took off in the cruiser, only to into another police vehicle nearby. Leedell Graham, age 53, was convicted on Tuesday, June 18, of the 2019 murder of Patsy “Pat” Schena at Scena’s home in Groveland, the Essex County District Attorney said. Jorge Guevara, age 49, of Bay Shore, was found guilty of attempted assault and related charges by a Suffolk County jury on Wednesday, June 19.
