Lillliye Marshall Obituary, Death; – Jefferson County Coroner Roger Hayse has identified the 46-year-old woman who perished in a fire at her residence located in the 2800 block of Mannen Street early Tuesday morning. The deceased has been named as Lillliye Marshall. According to Hayse, she was transported to Crossroads Hospital, where CPR was administered in the emergency room prior to her being declared deceased. An autopsy is scheduled for Thursday. UNION COUNTY, N.C. (QUEEN CITY NEWS) — A Union County Sheriff’s deputy is in stable condition following a crash Tuesday evening, the Sheriff’s Office confirmed to QCN. The crash happened at the intersection of Weddington Road and Wesley Chapel Road, where it turns into Potter Road. This is near Wesley Chapel Elementary School and about 3.5 miles west of the Charlotte-Monroe Executive Airport. The deputy was taken to a local hospital where their injuries are being assessed.
