According to an arrest affidavit, on June 10 at approximately 11:11 a.m., officers with the Melbourne Police Department and emergency personnel responded to a report of an unresponsive infant. Gaithersburg, Md.—The Montgomery County Department of Police (MCPD) has arrested a 22-year-old man in connection with a fatal shooting on a Metrobus that occurred in February 2023. On February 17, 2023, officers patrolling the Vista at White Oak apartments found a Metrobus pulled over on Lockwood Drive. Upon stopping to assist, they discovered that a shooting had taken place.
