She has been identified as 55-year-old Kristen Ladon Meckler from Taft. Christopher Michael Willingham, aged 49 and a resident of Cullman, was found unresponsive in his office at the Hanceville Police Department on August 23, 2024. Authorities report that he was last seen the previous day. His remains were sent to the Alabama Department of Forensic Sciences Huntsville Lab for an autopsy.
