CHARLOTTE (QUEEN CITY NEWS) — It was another day of delays and cancellations Thursday at Charlotte Douglas International Airport amid winter weather. Ice, freezing rain and snow moved through the region, causing massive disruptions. By 2:45 p.m., there had been a staggering 509 flight delays at the airport.
