Aaron McClinton Obituary – IMPD reported that a man who was shot at a southside apartment complex on Monday, July 8 has passed away. The incident occurred at the 7700 block of Portage Avenue, with officers responding to a call about a person being shot shortly after 9 a.m. Aaron McClinton, aged 26, was found at the location and was taken to a nearby hospital by the officers, but unfortunately succumbed to his injuries. The shooter was identified at the scene and cooperated with detectives before being released for further investigation.
