According to the York County Sheriff’s Office, the 40-year-old woman was at the detention center since Feb. 19, 2015, on charges of possession of marijuana and fentanyl. Authorities report shortly after 11:30 a.m. on Wednesday, Feb. 26, York County detention center staff reportedly discovered the inmate unresponsive.
