Amber Alert, Hector Carranza Missing – Following the issuance of two Amber Alerts around Texas on Friday morning, officials in San Antonio have discovered a baby. Richard Ramey, age seven months, was purportedly taken from San Antonio by Nicole Daguanno, a thirty-year-old mother. Later on in the day, Ramey was located. A second Amber Alert has been sent out for Houston-based five-year-old Hector Carranza. Hector was taken by Jose Calderon Arias, 60, according to investigators.
