Following a four-month search, a missing college student in Texas has been formally declared deceased. The remains of a 21-year-old Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi student named Caleb Harris were discovered at a wastewater well last month, according to the Corpus Christi Police Department. Since Harris was last seen on March 4th, family, friends, and law enforcement had been looking for him. Gavin Peterson,12, is the suspected victim of child abuse in West Haven, according to his family.
