Maryam Khan in which she claimed Hartford police officers discriminated against her by failing to respond appropriately when she was assaulted while leaving a prayer service in Hartford with family members two years ago. WHEELING, Ill. – A small plane crashed through a fence Wednesday afternoon at Chicago Executive Airport in Wheeling.
