LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) — Baxter’s 942 continues to fight to reopen after the city denied its renewal to sell alcohol. The popular Highlands nightclub and bar has been temporality closed since 2024. LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) — Louisville police are asking for help finding a man, who they said is wanted in connection with a murder in the Algonquin neighborhood. In a news release, Louisville Metro Police said 19-year-old Dacion Mason is a suspect in the fatal shooting of 19-year-old Tayshawn Thomas. The shooting happened just after midnight on June 25, 2024, on Bellamy Place at an apartment complex near the University of Louisville. WASHINGTON (AP) — A federal judge has temporarily blocked Elon Musk’s Department of Government Efficiency from Social Security Administration systems that hold personally identifiable data on millions of Americans. The decision from U.S. District Judge Ellen Hollander also requires the team to delete any identifiable data they may have.   It comes after labor unions and retirees asked for an emergency order limiting DOGE access to the agency and its vast troves of personal data.
