Andrew Jay Johnson Obituary, Death; – The Minnesota State Patrol has confirmed the identity of the driver who lost his life in a two-vehicle accident on Tuesday in the vicinity of Farmington Township. According to the State Patrol, 30-year-old Andrew Jay Johnson from Zumbro Falls was heading north on Highway 63 when he struck a dump truck that was moving south on the same highway. As a result of the collision, Johnson was pronounced dead, while the 80-year-old operator of the dump truck was transported to the hospital with injuries that are not considered life-threatening.
