Born December 15, 1943, in Pontiac, Michigan, Jackie moved to Athens, Ohio as a child. Jackie was the son of Raymond (Inez) McGee and Dorothy Yocum. Before retirement, Jackie was employed by Vanadium Tool in Athens, Ohio.
