CHARLOTTE, N.C. (QUEEN CITY NEWS) — Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Chief Johnny Jennings presented updates about the newly formed citizen accident response team. In a presentation held before the scheduled regular City Council meeting, Jennings spoke on the future of the program.
