STEELE CREEK, N.C. (QUEEN CITY NEWS) — A manufacturer for the pharmaceutical, consumer healthcare, and cosmetics industries, has selected Steele Creek for its expanded operations. Groninger USA plans to invest $15.1 million in the expansion project and bring 60 new jobs. Groninger, a family-owned company based in Crailsheim, Germany, established its U.S. operations in Basking Ridge, N.J. in 1997 and relocated to Charlotte in 2007. The company’s existing 27,500-square-foot facility opened in 2012 along South Lakes Drive, near the Charlotte Douglas International Airport.
