According to Tangipahoa Parish Sheriff’s Office in a media release, TPSO is on the scene of a death investigation. Just before 8 a.m., a passerby reported a suspicious, rolled up tarp on the side of Highway 51 between Fluker and Tangipahoa, the sheriff’s office said.
