Police have identified the victim and shooter in an alleged murder-suicide as a couple from Richmond. Officers were called to a residence on Chamberlayne Avenue between Westbrook and Westminster avenues on September 21. Darnell Forehand, 29, and Jonel Brown, 29, of Richmond, were discovered unresponsive just before six in the morning, according to Richmond police.
