Christina Carstarphen Obituary, Death; – Authorities have confirmed the identity of a pedestrian who was fatally injured by a hit-and-run driver in Woodlynne last week. Christina Carstarphen was hit shortly after 7 p.m. on Friday in the 2200 block of Mount Ephraim Avenue, according to officials in Camden County. She was declared deceased at a local hospital shortly thereafter. As of late Wednesday afternoon, no charges had been filed, according to authorities.
