Christina Carstarphen Obituary, Death; – Authorities have confirmed the identity of a pedestrian who was fatally injured by a hit-and-run driver in Woodlynne last week. Christina Carstarphen was hit shortly after 7 p.m. on Friday in the 2200 block of Mount Ephraim Avenue, according to officials in Camden County. She was declared deceased at a local hospital shortly thereafter. As of late Wednesday afternoon, no charges had been filed, according to authorities. Information regarding Carstarphen’s age and hometown was not immediately accessible, although public records indicate that she resided in Camden.
